Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully as they set forth the legally binding terms and conditions that govern your use of and access to the Pre-Registration App (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. Description of the Platform
The pre-registration app's main goal is to maximize user sign-ups and incentivize users to refer friends. When users create an account via social login with Apple or Google, they will be able to verify their address, follow us on X (Twitter), and share their referral link. By sharing their referral link and having new users create an account, both the referrer and referee will earn Power. Accumulating more Power allows users to free access greater to Airdrop opportunities.
2. Registration & Account Management
To use the Platform, you must:
● Sign up using Google or Apple authentication.
● Accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use during account creation.
● Provide basic information, including email, name, and avatar (from Google, if applicable).
● Be of legal age.
You may log out or delete your account at any time.
3. Power System & Rewards
Users can earn Power based on various activities:
● Account Creation: 50 power
● Ethereum Wallet Connection: 100 power
● ETH Balance Verification (>0): 50 power
● ENS Domain Registration: 50 power
● Following Official Account: 200 power
● Posting and Mentioning Project: 50 power
● Daily Login: 25 power
● Referral (referrer): 200 power
● Referral (referee): 100 power
Power progression unlocks different reward levels, including future airdrops. Users will see their level, progress bar, and upcoming rewards on their dashboard.
4. Verification System
Users will undergo verification processes, including:
● Ethereum Wallet Verification (wallet connection, balance verification, ENS verification).
● Twitter Verification (confirm following of the official Twitter account).
● reCAPTCHA Verification to ensure authenticity.
Verification statuses include: Unverified, In-Progress, Verified, or Error.
5. Referral System
Users receive a unique referral link (e.g., billions.network/r/{unique_code}) that can be shared via social platforms. Referral rewards are automatically credited upon successful account creation by the referred user.
Users can track:
● The number of referred friends.
● The total Power earned from referrals.
● Their rank compared to other users.
6. Email Communication
The Platform will use Amazon SES to send emails, including:
● Welcome email.
● Social media engagement reminders.
● Updates on airdrop status changes.
● Notifications for users with inactive accounts.
In case of communications for promotional or commercial purposes, prior consent must be obtained from the user, who may unsubscribe at any time.
7. Privacy & Data Storage
We collect and store minimal Personally Identifiable Information ("PII"):
● Email.
● First name.
● Avatar (if provided by Google authentication).
● User’s time zone.

8. Fees & Transactions
The Platform does not charge fees for account registration, but users must cover any blockchain gas fees associated with Ethereum transactions. The gas fees are variable and determined by the Ethereum network.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Platform for:
● Any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activity.
● Circumventing security measures using VPNs, bots, or automation.
● Providing false or misleading information.
● Harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior.
● Engaging in any action that disrupts the Platform’s functionality.
10. Platform Modifications & Termination
10.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice. If a user violates these Terms, we may suspend or terminate their access.
10.2 We may update this Terms & Conditions policy periodically. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through our platform.
11. Intellectual property rights
The entire content of the Application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sound elements, videos, as well as the structure, layout and design of the Application, are the exclusive property of ZK ID Labs A.G.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, distribution or exploitation, in whole or in part, of any of these elements, by any means whatsoever, without the prior written authorization of ZK ID Labs AG, is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights punishable by applicable law.
The use of the Application or any attempt to copy, modify, or reproduce its design and content does not confer any intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized use may result in the suspension or termination of access to the Application, without prejudice to any legal action that ZK ID Labs A.G. may take.
12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
● Reaching certain levels qualifies users for eligibility in Airdrop opportunities; however, additional verifications may be required in the future.
● The platform is not responsible for the final receipt of the AirDrop. While the platform may classify users as eligible, it does not guarantee final receipt, as it may be subject to additional checks or conditions imposed by the AirDrop issuer.
● The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or security.
● Users are solely responsible for securing their Ethereum wallets.
